These are the cases after being cut by hand using a hacksaw I asked Allen how accurate was that? He replied " within 0.5mm "   Note the discarded bits on the left

Close inspection of the crankshaft area reveals the jig to keep the engine halves aligned during welding


Allen very carefully checking ring gaps prior to installation
